When there is more material than time, deciding what to practise becomes a task of its own.
You know the score. But which reasoning steps need another attempt?
The solution makes sense on the page. Can you apply the method to a different question?
More questions can mean more practice—but only if you know what you want to improve.
Method Lab gives you a focused sequence: attempt the mock, review the method, then practise related topic-wise questions.
The AI-assisted process examines historical CAT material to identify recurring concepts, formats, and method families. These inform the original practice questions selected for this pack. The prediction is about what to practise; it does not promise the exact future paper.
The research uses CAT papers from 2017–2025 to examine recurring task types, set structures, and mathematical method families.
Use the analysis to inform original questions across VARC, DILR, and QA, with worked explanations of the reasoning.
Compare the bank with historical papers. Report what overlaps, how a match is defined, and what remains untested.
An AI-assisted analysis and question-selection process. The current evidence report describes task-type parsing, keyword-family classification, and mathematical cue screening. It does not establish a proprietary trained forecasting engine or calibrated probabilities for individual questions.
Inspect the evidence behind the selection. These internally reported figures measure broad historical coverage—not verified prediction accuracy. They have not been independently validated.
616 of 642 questions
Historical questions belong to a broad format represented in the bank, such as reading comprehension or paragraph summary. This does not measure passage difficulty or close question matches.
105 of 129 sets
Historical sets share a dominant family represented in the bank, such as scheduling or tournaments. This is keyword-based screening of sets, not individual question predictions.
441 of 612 questions
Historical stems contain a represented mathematical cue. Of 612 stems, 59 had incomplete text and received no credit. A cue match does not establish an identical solution.
These metrics count different things. They cannot be combined into one prediction-accuracy score. The report states that no full, strict one-to-one backtest across all three sections has been completed.
| Historical paper year | VARC formats | DILR families | QA cues |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2024 | 64/72 · 88.9% | 13/15 · 86.7% | 34/66 · 51.5% |
| 2025 | 66/72 · 91.7% | 12/15 · 80.0% | 55/66 · 83.3% |
Retrospective comparisons against the current bank. No bank was frozen before these exams in this audit, so these results do not demonstrate advance prediction. The QA audit had readable text for 40/66 questions in 2024 and 65/66 in 2025; incomplete stems were not credited.
The research goal is for the bank to cover concepts used in at least 40% of CAT 2026 questions. This is an aspiration, not an estimated probability or buyer guarantee. It can only be evaluated after the exam under a defined matching rubric.
A credible test requires freezing the bank and scoring rules before the exam, specifying the sections and slots evaluated, and publishing question-level matches afterward. That verification has not been completed.

No. Method Lab is a PDF resource. You will need your own timer and a place to record answers; it does not reproduce the CAT computer-based interface.
The pack has a defined structure: a timed mock, topic-wise questions, and worked explanations. The historical audit explains the selection’s broad coverage. The historical results above show which recurring patterns the bank covers.
The aim is to anticipate useful concepts and patterns to practise. Exact questions, concept-overlap results, and percentile outcomes are not guaranteed. Historical coverage is not proof of future prediction accuracy.
